Bansal Carpets

You can find our place at number 2, Daya Nagar, which sits right near the Shaheed Nagar Crossing. It is a very busy intersection and there is always something loud or interesting happening right outside our front door. We deal mostly in carpets, so the shop is always completely full of different patterns, colors, and textures. It is not a massive warehouse like you might see elsewhere, just a decent-sized local shop where we keep all of our current stock. We have been located at this crossing for a very long time now. Most of the families and shopkeepers in the neighborhood know who we are. We spend most of the day unrolling heavy rugs for people to look at and then rolling them back up again when they are done. It is a lot of manual labor and it keeps us tired. We do not use any fancy sales tactics or marketing tricks here. If someone likes a carpet and the price is okay, they buy it. We just tell them honestly what it is made of and how long it might last in their house. The dust from the road comes inside quite often, so we spend a lot of our time cleaning the samples. We have a small tea stall nearby that we visit a few times every single day. The shop itself doesn't have any fancy lights or a big display window to show off the goods. It is just a regular shop for people.
