Ramesh Carpenter Works

I am Ramesh and I have my carpenter works set up at house number 1-11 in Shayampet. This is in the Geesugonda area of Warangal. I have spent most of my life working with wood and my shop is where I spend almost all my time. It is not a big industrial plant. It’s just a workspace filled with the smell of sawdust and old tools. I have a lot of different saws and hammers that I’ve collected over the years. Some of them belonged to my father. People in Shayampet know that if they need a table repaired or a new cabinet built, they can just walk over and talk to me. I don't have a website or a social media page. I just have my hands and my reputation in the neighborhood. Sometimes I get a big order that takes me a few weeks to finish, and I have to work late into the night by the light of a small bulb. It’s hard on the back, but I like seeing the finished piece when it’s all done. I try to be careful with the wood because it’s expensive these days and I don't want to waste any. If you are looking for me, I am usually covered in a bit of dust and working on something near the front door. Warangal is a big place but Shayampet feels like a small community where everyone helps each other out.
