Spicy Bites is tucked away at D-32/16 A on Dasashwamedh Road in Varanasi. If you are walking through Bangali Tola, you will find us right in front of the Rana Mahal Phatak. It is a very old part of the city, and the lanes are narrow and full of life. We’ve been here in Dasasumedh for some time, watching the pilgrims and locals pass by every day. Our shop is small, and it can get quite crowded, especially during the evening aarti times when the whole area is buzzing. We don't have a lot of space for fancy furniture, so it’s more of a practical place to grab a bite and keep moving. The walls have some wear and tear, and the noise from the street always leaks in, but that is part of the charm of being in this part of Varanasi. We cook things in small batches to make sure nothing sits around for too long. The people who work here are like family, and we’ve all learned to navigate the busy crowds together. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to serve something that tastes good and fills you up while you explore the ghats. It’s an honest little business in one of the busiest spots in the world, and we like it that way. If you find yourself lost in the lanes near Rana Mahal, just look for our sign.
