Bhagirath Food Plaza

Bhagirath Food Plaza is located in A S Plaza on DLW Road. We are in the Kakarmatta area of Varanasi, right near the flyover. It’s a busy spot because of the road and the bridge nearby. We set up here because there are always people passing through this part of town. The plaza itself is a simple building. We don't have any corporate backing or fancy designs. It’s just a place to eat. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or checking on the tables. Varanasi is a city that never really stops, and Kakarmatta is no different. The noise from the flyover is something we've just gotten used to over time. We aren't trying to be the best or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people come in hungry. Most of our customers are locals or people working nearby who come in every day. We know many of them by name. The staff is small, and we all help out with everything, from cleaning to serving. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't have any big goals other than staying open and keeping the customers satisfied. It’s a humble business and we like it that way. You can't miss us if you're coming down DLW Road. It's just us here working. We keep the doors open and the stove hot.
