Eden Food Villa

We are located in the Kuber Complex at the Rathyatra Crossing here in Varanasi. Eden Food Villa is on the lower ground floor, right across from the Reliance Jewellery store. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. We started this place because we wanted to have a spot where people could get away from the street noise for a bit and have a meal. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and a kitchen that stays busy all day. Varanasi is a city that never really stops, and Rathyatra is one of those spots that’s always crowded. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the rush. I handle most of the ordering and making sure we don't run out of the basics. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that; it’s just us working in the shop. The lighting downstairs is a bit dim, but we think it makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We aren’t into fancy decorations; we just keep the place clean and functional. Most of our customers are people who work in the other shops in Kuber Complex or folks out shopping for the day. We just try to provide a decent meal and a place to sit down for a while. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it this way since we opened.
