Amba Fast Food

Amba Fast Food is at D64/45 on Nai bazaar road in Varanasi. We are in the Durgakund area, 221004. If you look behind the Dayal tower, you will find us. Varanasi is a very old city and the streets around Durgakund are always full of people and cows and bikes. Nai bazaar road is no different. It is narrow and busy. We have been here for a while. Being behind Dayal tower helps people find us. We make fast food for the people passing through. There are many students and shopkeepers around here. The morning starts with us getting the stove ready and chopping things. It is a small place but we keep it moving. Varanasi gets very crowded during the festivals. The area near Durgakund temple is especially packed. We see all kinds of people from different parts of the country. They are usually hungry and looking for something quick. We don't have much space for sitting, so most people just stand or take their food away. It is a noisy place with all the traffic and bells from the temple. We are used to the chaos. Our shop is just one of many on this road. We do our work and go home. That is the life at Amba Fast Food. We just keep serving whoever walks through the door in this busy part of the city. The rain sometimes floods the narrow street but we keep going.
