If you are walking near the Ramleela Maidan in Sigra, you aren't far from us. We are located at Siddhgiribagh, right in the heart of Varanasi. This city is always moving, and food is a big part of why people come together here. We handle a lot of the catering and hospitality needs for local events. It’s a busy job, especially since people in Varanasi take their food very seriously. We started out because we enjoyed the hustle of a busy kitchen and seeing people eat well. Our place is at D 57/57, B 1 A, and we’re usually there early in the morning getting things ready for the day's orders. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just focus on making sure the plates are full and the guests are looked after. It can get pretty loud and hot in the kitchen, but we’re used to it by now. Being near the Ramleela Maidan means there is always something going on nearby, which we like. It keeps us connected to what's happening in Sigra. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by being consistent and showing up on time with what was promised. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us checking on the latest batch of supplies or talking through a menu for a local wedding. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay helpful.
