You can find us in Varanasi, specifically inside the IP Vijaya Mall in Bhelpur. Being in a mall is a bit different from having a shop on the street. We have to follow the mall hours, so we start a bit later in the morning and stay open until the last movie or shopper is gone. Shop number 101 is our spot. Bhelpur is a crowded part of the city, so once people get inside the mall, they are usually looking for a place to sit down and eat something familiar. We have a lot of families coming in, especially on the weekends when the mall is packed. The kitchen stays busy preparing all the different items we have. It is a lot of coordination between the people taking orders and the guys in the back. Working in Bhelpur means we see a mix of locals and people visiting the temples. We don't have much of a view since we are inside, but the atmosphere is always lively with the sound of the mall crowds. We just focus on keeping the tables clear and the food coming out hot. It is a steady job and we have a good routine down now. We don't do anything too fancy with the service, we just make sure people get what they asked for. It is a good location for us and we have been here in the mall for a while now.
