Bhoj

Bhoj is located over at the Padmini International Hotel on Mahmoorganj Road. If you are familiar with the Sigra Road area in Varanasi, then you probably know how crowded it gets around here. Our address is D-59/150, and we have been at this spot for some time now. It’s just a regular restaurant where we spend most of our time in the kitchen or out front talking to people. The building itself is easy to find if you are looking for it. We don’t really do anything flashy. Mostly it is just us making sure the tables are straight and the water glasses are filled. Varanasi can be a very intense city with all the noise and the people moving around constantly, so being inside the hotel gives us a bit of a routine. We start the mornings by checking what we need from the market and then we just get to work. It is a lot of standing on your feet and making sure things are moving along. Some days the traffic on Sigra Road is so bad it takes forever just to get across the street, but we are always here. It is a simple life, really. We just serve food to the guests and the locals who happen to stop by while they are out and about. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't, just a place to eat in 221010.
