Shah Nemchand Dalaji & Company is located right in the middle of the GIDC area. It’s usually pretty hectic around here with all the trucks and people moving between the factories. We are situated near the Tirupati Tower, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. If you miss that, look for the Tirupati Skylon building because we are right between those. The Char Rasta intersection is always a bit of a mess with traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is leaving work. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the books and talk to people who drop by. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly just making sure orders are moving and suppliers are sending what they promised. It gets dusty because of all the construction and industrial work nearby. Usually, someone is making tea in the back, and there’s always a stack of paperwork on the main table. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind and trying to keep everything organized in the warehouse. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out. It’s a busy life here in GIDC, but we are used to the noise and the constant movement of the trucks every single day.
