Force Magnetics

Force Magnetics is our business, and you can find us at Plot No. 611-b-10 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. We work with magnets, which is more interesting than it sounds once you get into the daily grind of it. The shop is filled with all kinds of magnetic materials and specialized equipment. It’s a specialized field, but we keep our operations pretty simple. We aren't a big corporation with multiple branches; we just have this one spot in the industrial estate. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing that would win any design awards, but it keeps the rain out and gives us enough room to work. We spend a lot of time testing things and making sure the magnets are sized correctly for whatever they’re being used for. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. The Gidc is a busy place, and we fit right in with the other manufacturers and workshops. We don’t have a PR person, so we just tell it like it is. We’re just a bunch of regular people who know a thing or two about magnets. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a project, surrounded by tools and metal. It’s a practical life, and we’re happy to keep it that way at our little plot. Every day is different, but the work remains focused on getting things right for the job. We're just here doing our thing.
