Sawans Gravies

We are located at 5, Ajanta Society, inside the Narayan Nirman Complex in Ellora Park, Vadodara. You can find us right behind the Trident Complex and near the Adani Gas Station. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but the locals in Ellora Park know exactly where we are. We have been focusing on gravies and local food for quite a few years now. The kitchen is the heart of our place. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations or big signs. Most of our effort goes into the pots and pans. It is a family-run kind of feel here. On any given day, you might see us arguing about the salt or the spice levels, but that is just how we work. We have a few tables for people who want to sit down, but a lot of our work is for people taking food home. Vadodara is a city that loves its food, so we have to stay on our toes. We don't use any pre-made mixes; we grind everything ourselves. It makes the place smell like a home kitchen all day long. Sometimes the parking in Ellora Park can be a bit of a headache, but people still make their way to us. We are not a corporate chain with a manual for everything. We just cook what we know and try to be helpful to the neighbors who stop by to pick up their dinner.
