Paras General Store

Our shop is located in Vadodara, specifically in the Gotri area. We are right inside the Vedant Residency complex. It’s a good spot because we are right across from Gangotri Exotica, so there are always people living nearby. Being a general store, we have a bit of everything. It’s the kind of place where you can find a notebook, some snacks, or a bottle of water. We started this because the residents here needed a place close by to get their daily essentials without driving out too far. The Gotri area has grown a lot lately. There are more apartments now than there used to be. We stay open quite late because that’s when most people get back from their jobs and realize they forgot something for dinner. It’s just a small shop, really. We don’t have a big team or anything, just us making sure the shelves aren't empty. You get to know the neighbors well when you see them every day. We hear about their kids and their work while we ring up their items. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We just focus on keeping the basics in stock. If you’re living in Vedant Residency, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful whenever someone can't find what they are looking for, even if the store is a bit small for everything we try to carry.
