Aditiya Birla Retail Ltd

The staff here at Aditiya Birla Retail Ltd is in the Dandia Bazar area, very close to the Lakdi Pool. We are located in the Najar Paga lane in Vadodara. This part of the city is very old and the streets are quite narrow, so it can be a bit of a squeeze when trucks are trying to deliver things. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while now. It’s a busy spot with people always walking by to get to the market. The building isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we keep our records and handle the retail side of things. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and some counters. We have a small staff of local people who know the area well. We don't use a lot of big words or have fancy meetings. We just make sure the stock is where it needs to be and we help out when there’s a problem. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we manage. During the monsoon, the lane can get a little flooded, so we have to be careful with the doorstep. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. People around here know us as the place near the pool. It’s a steady kind of life here in the bazar and we just keep at it every day.
