Dhruv Store

You can find Dhruv Store right opposite the Raymond Showroom on P.A.U Road in Raopura. It’s a very central spot to be in. Raopura is always bustling with people and there is a lot of energy on the streets. We’ve been at this location for many years now. It’s a simple setup we have here. We have our counters and our shelves, and not much else. I spend my mornings sweeping the front and getting things ready for the day ahead. Being directly across from a big showroom like Raymond’s means there’s always people walking by. Some just peek in through the window, while others come in to stay for a while. It’s a small shop, so it gets quite warm when there are more than a few people inside at once. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of old fans that we keep running all day. P.A.U Road is a busy place to be, and I actually like the constant noise of the city. It makes the day go by a lot faster for me. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished or corporate look. We just want to provide what the neighborhood needs and keep going. My brother and I take turns running the counter. It’s a basic life, but it’s ours.
