Ruchi Trading Co is located at B 1, Waghodia Road. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for the delivery trucks to pull up. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and keeping track of what’s in the warehouse. It’s a lot of inventory management and making sure we have what people are asking for. The office part is just a small corner with a computer and some old ledgers. It’s not a fancy place by any means, just a practical space for trading. We deal with all sorts of items and the stock changes depending on the season and the demand. Sometimes it’s quiet and we’re just catching up on paperwork, and other times it’s frantic with orders coming in at once. We’ve been on Waghodia Road for quite some time now, so we know most of the other businesses around here. We don't have a big sales team; we just answer the phone and talk to people who need supplies. It’s straightforward work. We try to keep the shelves organized, but it’s a constant battle with all the new stuff coming in. If you’re driving down the road, you can’t miss us. We just focus on keeping the business moving and making sure we don't run out of the basics. It’s what we’ve always done.
