Mihaan Rolling Flour Mills Llp

We have been here on Bura Lal 1_No Streetriko Biliya for a while now. It’s just us at Mihaan Rolling Flour Mills Llp doing our thing every day. The machines are pretty loud, but you get used to it after the first week. We deal with lots of grain coming in and out. Most of the time, the floor is covered in a fine layer of dust, no matter how much we sweep it up. It’s hard work, honestly. We start early when it’s still cool outside because the mill gets hot once everything is running. Our spot in Biliya is easy enough to find if you know the street. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a big space where we grind things down. Sometimes the trucks block the road for a bit, but the neighbors don’t seem to mind too much. We just keep our heads down and get the bags filled up. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the mill going and making sure the flour is what it needs to be. Sometimes a machine breaks and we have to fix it ourselves with whatever tools are handy. That’s just how it goes here. We've got a small team, mostly local folks who walk or bike over. It’s quiet in the evenings after we shut the power off. We like it that way. It is just a normal life.
