St Marys High School

We are located on KM Marg in Udupi, right by the Mother of Sorrows Church. It’s a very central spot in town, so there is always something going on outside our gates. The school is a high school, so we have the older students here who are preparing for their big exams. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of history tied to the church next door. We have many students who have followed their parents and grandparents into this school. Udupi is a busy place, and KM Marg is one of those streets that always has people moving. Despite the noise outside, we try to keep the classrooms focused. We don't have a lot of modern flash, just the usual desks, chairs, and textbooks. The teachers have been here for a long time and they don't really go for the corporate style of teaching. It’s more about just getting the work done and making sure the kids understand their subjects. We have a lot of paperwork to handle, and the office is always full of files. During the festivals, the whole area gets very crowded, which makes things interesting. We are just a local high school doing our best to keep things running smoothly for the families in Udupi. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it day by day and keep the routine going.
