Sagar Agencies

Sagar Agencies is located on the first floor at 29 Bapu Bazar. If you know Bapu Bazar, you know how crowded it gets down on the street level. Being up on the first floor is a little bit better because we are away from the worst of the foot traffic, but the noise still carries up. The stairs are narrow, so moving stock in and out can be a real struggle sometimes. We have boxes piled up almost to the ceiling in some parts of the office. It is a working space, so it is never perfectly tidy. There is usually a lot of paper on the desks and a couple of phones that seem to ring at the same time. I spend most of my day dealing with deliveries and checking off lists. It is a lot of back-and-forth with suppliers and people coming in to pick up orders. The windows look out over the market, and sometimes I just stand there for a minute watching the chaos below. It is a lively place to work, even if it gets a bit overwhelming during the peak season. We do not have a big showroom or anything like that. It is mostly just a place to store goods and handle the paperwork. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the light switches are a bit finicky. But it is where we have been for years.
