Raj Steel

Raj Steel is located over at Surajpole Gyan Marg, right on RMV Road at number 5. We deal with steel items and it is pretty heavy work most of the time. The shop isn't too far from the main road, so we get a lot of trucks and bikes passing by. We have piles of steel rods and sheets stacked up against the walls. It is a bit of a tight space inside, but we make it work. Every morning starts with moving things around to make room for customers. RMV Road is always humming with activity, which is nice. We have been working out of this spot for years. You won't find anything fancy here, just metal and tools. Our clothes usually have a bit of rust or grease on them by noon. That is just part of the job. We do not spend much time on the computer or anything; we are mostly out on the floor. People come to us when they are building things or need a specific piece of steel cut. It is a practical business. We try to keep the sidewalk clear, but sometimes the deliveries take up some space. Surajpole is a good area for this kind of work. We know the other shop owners around Gyan Marg. It feels like a small community even though the city is big. If you need steel, you just come by and we see what we have.
