Our place is situated in Sector-14 of Hiran Magri, right across from the Samudayik Bhawan. It’s a much quieter residential neighborhood than the busy city center, which we actually prefer. We sell all sorts of gift items and things that women usually look for, like colorful bangles and various hair accessories. The shop is at 41 in A-Block, so it’s pretty easy to find if you are already in this part of the city. We opened this store because we felt the people living nearby needed a place to get things without traveling too far. Often, our neighbors just drop in to say a quick hello or look for a simple gift for a birthday party. We have shelves filled with all kinds of colorful items and even some small household things. It is not a huge showroom, just a cozy little space that we manage as a family. Sometimes my children come in to help out after their school is over, especially when it gets a bit busier in the evenings. We try to keep a decent variety of stock so folks don't have to drive all the way to the main bazaar. The Samudayik Bhawan across the street often hosts weddings or community meetings, so we get a lot of people stopping in during those times. It’s a nice way to be a part of the local community. We don’t have a big staff, just us family members taking turns behind the counter throughout the day and keeping things running.
