Eagle Gift & Novelties

Eagle Gift & Novelties is over here at 13, Main Road in Bhupalpura. I’ve been sitting in this shop for a long time now, watching the traffic go up and down Main Road every single day. It gets pretty noisy in the afternoons, especially when the schools let out and everyone is rushing home. The shop isn't huge, but we managed to fit a lot of shelves in here. Mostly, people just come in looking for something small, maybe a birthday present or a little toy for their kid. I spend a lot of my morning just dusting the glass cases because the road outside brings in so much dust. It’s a bit of a constant battle, honestly. Bhupalpura is a busy area, so there is always someone walking by or popping their head in to ask for directions. We have all sorts of things tucked away in the corners, from plastic flowers to little clocks and some shiny statues. I try to keep things organized, but sometimes the stock piles up near the back door. It’s just me and the occasional help here. We don’t do anything fancy, just open the shutters in the morning and wait for whoever comes by. It’s a decent enough spot to spend the day. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over a cup in the evening and we talk about the weather. That’s pretty much how it goes at number 13.
