If you head over to Surajpole and look for number 7, you will find us at Mahaveer Metal. We have been working with metal for quite some time now. It’s a straightforward business. We have various pots, pans, and other metal items that people use daily. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside. We just have our wares out so people can see them. I spend most of my day sitting near the entrance. It's a good spot to watch the world go by and talk to the neighbors. Sometimes people just stop in to say hello. We keep things pretty simple here. No computers or high-tech gadgets, just a notebook and a pen for keeping track of things. My son helps out when he isn't busy with other things. We know most of our customers by name since they live just down the road. It gets a bit hot in the afternoon when the sun hits the front of the shop. We just move further back where it’s cooler. Metal is heavy, so we do a lot of lifting and shifting things around. It keeps us in decent shape. There’s always a layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we clean. That is just how it is in this part of town. Come by if you need anything. I usually have a few extra boxes in the back if someone needs to carry a lot of stuff.
