We are Jain Scrap Suppliers and you can find us down on Old Station Road in Dhoolkot. It is a busy spot but we manage okay. People come by with all sorts of things they don't need anymore, usually old metal or bits of machinery from around the area. We spend a lot of our day sorting through whatever comes in on the trucks. It is messy work, honestly, and the yard gets quite full when we have a big load arrive. We aren't fancy here, just a regular place where we get the job done without much fuss. Sometimes the trucks are backed up near the station road but that is just how it goes with this kind of business. My family has been around this part of town for a long time. We know most of the people who drop by to drop off their junk. We just take the scrap, weigh it, and move it along to where it needs to go next. It’s not a job everyone wants to do, but we’re used to the grease and the noise by now. If you are looking for us, look for the big piles of metal near the old station. We don’t have a big front office or anything like that. Just the yard and a small desk where we keep all the papers. It’s simple. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits for too long. Weather gets hot in the summer out there but we just keep at it. That is about it.
