Jpp Traders

Jpp Traders is located right at 122, South New Street. It's a crowded area and parking is always a bit of a nightmare for the trucks coming in. We spend most of our mornings just moving boxes from one side of the floor to the other. There’s always someone on the phone arguing about delivery times or checking the inventory lists. It’s a lot of paper work mixed with physical labor. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, but it holds up. We’ve got a small desk near the back where the fan stays on all day because it gets quite hot in the afternoons. Sometimes the neighbor from the next shop over comes in to chat, which slows things down, but that’s life on South New Street. We handle all sorts of items and the stock is always changing, so you never really know what the warehouse will look like from one week to the next. We try to keep things organized but during the busy season, stuff just piles up wherever there is room. It’s not a perfect system, but it works for us and the people who buy from us. We’ve been at this for some years now and the routine stays pretty much the same. We open up early, drink some tea, and start the loading. By the time evening comes, we’re all pretty tired and ready to lock up.
