Annaamalai Matric Higher Secondary School

People here in Somasipadi know the building well. We are located right on the Dindivanam Main Road, near Aaranji Salai. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when parents drop their children off. Annaamalai Matric Higher Secondary School has been part of Tiruvannamalai for a while now. The school day starts early. You can hear the bell from the road. The rooms are basic but they work for us. We have benches, blackboards, and some fans for the heat. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the road traffic, but we try to keep it clean. The staff is mostly local people from around here who know the families. We don't have anything fancy or high-tech, just the usual stuff you’d find in a school in this part of Tamil Nadu. In the afternoons, the tea shops nearby get busy when the gates open. It’s a simple life at 606611. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the kids show up on time. There is a lot of noise from the main road, but once you are inside the compound, it feels a bit quieter. We have a small area for the kids to run around during their break. It’s not a huge place, but we manage with what we have. Most of the teachers have been here for years, so everyone knows everyone else. It’s just how things are run around here in Somasipadi.
