Ultratech Cements Ltd.

We are situated at 57, Lakshmi Arcade, on the 3rd floor along 11th Cross in Thillai Nagar. It is right across from the HDFC Bank, so it is not too hard to find if you know the area. Being on the third floor means we are not right on the street, but we still see plenty of people coming through. This office for Ultratech Cements Ltd. is where we handle the paperwork and the distribution side of things for this region. It is a lot of phone calls and checking manifests to make sure the cement bags are going to the right building sites. We have a few desks and some files stacked up, and it stays pretty busy during the middle of the day. Unlike a ground-floor shop, we do not have bags sitting right here, but we manage the flow of them from the larger godowns. Thillai Nagar is a busy hub, and being in Lakshmi Arcade puts us right in the middle of the action. We spend our time talking to dealers and making sure the supply chain does not get stuck. Sometimes the elevators are slow, or the parking downstairs is full, which can be a bit annoying for visitors. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is about making sure the construction projects in the city have the materials they need on time. We do not do much in the way of decoration; the office is just a place for us to work.
