Sva Rerady Mix Concrete

Our yard is located over at No. 1 in Piranpetti North, right in the Molasu Petti area of Mapparai. If you spend any time around here, you’ve probably seen our mixers driving in and out throughout the day. Concrete is messy business, and our place shows it, but that is just part of the job when you are dealing with sand and stone all day long. We started Sva Rerady Mix Concrete because there was a lot of building happening nearby and people needed a reliable source that wasn't too far away. The sun gets pretty hot out here in Mapparai, so we start early in the morning to get the first batches out before the heat really kicks in. It is a noisy place with the machinery running, but the neighbors are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure the mixes are coming out right. It isn’t glamorous work, and my boots are always covered in grey dust by the time I head home. We don’t have a big office or anything, just a small space where we handle the paperwork and take calls. Most of the time, we are out in the yard or talking to drivers. It’s a straightforward operation. We just focus on getting the trucks loaded and moved out to wherever the construction is happening that day.
