Malabarica Fast Food & Caterers

Malabarica is on Karumam Road in Thiruvananthapuram. Our shop is right in the Karumam area, which most locals know well. We are directly opposite the Amritha TV office, so that is usually how people find us if they are lost. We do both fast food and catering, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the week. It’s a small operation, mostly just us and a few helpers. We don't have a fancy office or anything, just the kitchen and the counter. The address is 695002 if you are using a GPS. We spend a lot of time packing orders and getting things ready for events. Catering can be quite a headache sometimes with the timing and the transport, but we manage. We don’t use any polished language to talk about our food. It’s just regular fast food that we make the way we know how. The road outside can get quite congested during peak hours since the TV office is right there. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. We don’t bother with big ads. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or see us while driving to work. It’s a local life and we like it that way. We just keep the kitchen moving and handle the daily rush as it comes.
