Green Pepper Food Station Caterers

Our kitchen and office are on the second floor of the Mayura Building in Pettah. The address is Tc 28/353, and we’re right near the old passport office in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s an older building, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it’s where we do all our planning. Being in Kaithamukku means we’re in the heart of the city's activity. The office is often a bit humid, and we have a few pedestal fans running to keep us cool while we go over the catering orders. It’s a practical space with stainless steel tables and plenty of large pots stored in the back. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re likely to see someone chopping vegetables or checking a delivery list. The walls have some old stains from years of cooking, and the floor is cleaned constantly but always looks well-used. We’ve got a small balcony that looks out over the street, which is good for a quick break. Pettah is a busy place, so getting our vans in and out can be a challenge during peak hours. We’ve been at this location for a good while and have gotten used to the quirks of the building. It’s an honest, hardworking environment where the focus is entirely on the food we prepare for our clients across the city. We often share a meal together at the big table before the evening rush starts and things get really hectic.
