Fresco Bites

Our shop is over at SM Plaza, which is right near the Ullor Bridge in the Pattom area. We are technically under the Medical College post office in Thiruvananthapuram. It’s a very busy part of town because of the hospital nearby and all the people commuting through Pattom. We started Fresco Bites as a small place for people to grab something quick. The address is Tc 2/15(6), but most people just look for the plaza near the bridge. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when the lunch rush starts. We have a few tables, but a lot of our customers are just passing through on their way to work or the hospital. My team and I are usually on our feet all day. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk; we just focus on getting the orders right. The building itself is just a standard commercial block, and we’ve tried to make our little corner comfortable. We see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice. It makes the city feel a bit smaller. We aren't part of any big chain. It’s just our own thing that we started because we wanted to work for ourselves. We handle everything from the cleaning to the cooking. It’s hard work, but we like being right here in the middle of everything in Thiruvananthapuram. There is always someone coming by the plaza.
