Hindustan Caterers

We operate Hindustan Caterers out of Ambalamukku. It is a busy area, and we fit right in with the local pace. Most of our work involves cooking for families around here who have something to celebrate. Whether it’s a small lunch for ten people or a larger dinner for the whole neighborhood, we just get it done. The kitchen gets hot, and there is always a lot of noise from the prep work, but that’s how you know things are moving. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Instead, we rely on the fact that people in Ambalamukku talk to each other. If the food is good, they tell their neighbors. We use recipes that have been around for a long time, nothing too experimental or strange. It is just solid, traditional cooking that people expect. On event days, things can get pretty chaotic with the loading and unloading of the trucks. We’ve learned over the years how to handle the pressure of a ticking clock. Sometimes we’re up half the night finishing off a big order. It’s a tiring job, but seeing the empty plates at the end of a party makes it feel worth the effort. We are just a local team trying to do right by the folks who hire us. If you’re in the area, you’ve probably seen our guys in their uniforms heading out to a site. It’s a lot of work but we like it.
