Fine Dine Thiruvananthapuram

Our place is tucked away in Edakkulam, specifically in the Edakklam Bhagavati Nagar area of Peroorkada. If you know Thiruvananthapuram, you know this part of town has its own rhythm. We operate out of a building called Thlasi Nandanam, right near the E.B.N.91 marking. It isn't a massive commercial complex, just a practical space where we handle our food business. Most days start pretty early because that’s just how the catering and dining world works here. You can hear the neighborhood waking up while we’re getting the kitchen or the office ready. It gets quite humid in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy lifting done before then. The staff here are mostly locals from around Peroorkada or nearby spots. We don’t go for anything fancy in terms of decor or big advertisements. We just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes the delivery vans have a bit of trouble with the narrow lanes if someone has parked badly, but we usually sort it out with the neighbors. It feels more like a community than a business hub. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the people around here know us by name. It’s a decent spot to work, even if the monsoons make the road a bit muddy. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized without making a big fuss about it. That's just how we do it.
