D & G Family Food Court & Take Away

We are over here at No. Tc 30/822 on Airport Road in Pettah. Most people know us because we’re right opposite the Kanjiravilakam Temple, which is a big landmark in this part of Thiruvananthapuram. D & G Family Food Court & Take Away started out because we wanted a place where families could just get a quick meal without any fuss. It’s a mix of a food court and a takeaway spot. We get a lot of people coming in after visiting the temple or folks heading to the airport since the road is so busy. It’s a humble setup, nothing too flashy. We have some tables if you want to sit, but a lot of our regulars just grab their food and head home. The building isn't new, and we’ve kept things pretty basic inside. We don't really do big ads or anything like that, we just rely on people walking by. Sometimes the traffic on Airport Road makes it a bit hectic to get here, but once you’re inside, it’s just regular food and regular people. We’ve lived in Thiruvananthapuram for a long time, so we know what the locals like. It’s just me and a few others working here every day. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to feed the neighborhood and keep the lights on. It’s honest work and we like being part of the Pettah community.
