O Valley Fresh Llp is located up in the Nilgiris, specifically at 3/122-C2 in Pattavayal. It’s a beautiful area but the work is tough because of the hills and the weather. We are in Munnanad-2 Village near Gudalur. Being in the mountains means we deal with a lot of mist and rain, which is great for the plants but makes transport a bit of a headache sometimes. Our place is quite simple, tucked away where the air is cool. We focus on getting fresh stuff from the fields to where it needs to go. We aren't a big corporation with a marketing department; we are just a small group of people who know the Nilgiris well. Most days start very early when it's still dark and cold. We have to check the produce and make sure everything is packed right. The roads around here are winding, so we spend a lot of time planning the routes. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. If you come by the village, you’ll see us working in the warehouse or talking to the drivers. It’s a practical life. We value the fact that we can provide fresh items straight from this region. There’s always something to fix or a new problem with the weather, but that’s just life in the valley. We keep things moving as best as we can. It's a quiet existence up here, but we are always kept busy by the harvest cycles.
