You can find Shymall Laces India at 3/1446, A-5, in the Inderpura area. We are located in the Jardosh Chawl, which is right opposite Bardoli Pitha and tucked behind Vivek Appt. The lanes around here are very narrow, so it’s hard for big vehicles to get through. It is an old part of the city with a lot of character and a lot of noise. Our workspace is small and often feels a bit cramped because of all the lace rolls and boxes stacked up against the walls. We have been working out of this chawl for years. It is a family-run kind of thing where everyone knows everyone else’s business. The morning starts with the sound of the neighbors starting their day and the smell of cooking from the nearby houses. We spend most of our time sorting through different patterns of laces and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. The fans overhead make a clicking sound that we’ve stopped noticing after all this time. Sometimes customers have a hard time finding us because the entrance is a bit hidden behind the main road buildings. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door open to get whatever breeze comes through the alleyway. It’s a humble place, but we’ve managed to stay busy here for quite a long time without needing much else.
