Shreenathjee Eateries Llp

We run Shreenathjee Eateries Llp from an office in the Sangini Tower-B. It is Flat No. 1103, way up on the eleventh floor. Being near Panas Village and City Light Road means we are in a pretty active part of Surat. You can see quite a bit of the city from our window, though we are usually too busy to look out. The elevator in the building can be slow during the morning rush. We do a lot of our planning and paperwork right here in this flat. It is not a restaurant itself, but more of where the management happens. My desk is a bit of a mess with receipts and notes everywhere. We are just a small team trying to keep our eateries running smoothly. Sometimes we lose our pens or run out of printer ink at the worst times. It is a bit cramped with all the files, but we make it work. Panas Road is always full of people, so there is never a dull moment outside. We are not some big corporate chain with fancy offices. We just needed a place to coordinate everything, and this tower was a good fit. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. We just keep moving one day at a time. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to hear the fan. We just take whatever the day brings us.
