Maruti Caterers

We are located over at G-24/26 in Agrasen Point. It is right near Agrasen Bhavan on Citylight Road in Surat. That area is always full of life and traffic, which keeps things interesting for us. Being on Citylight Road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. Our space is pretty functional, mostly meant for organizing our catering jobs. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are planning celebrations or big dinners. Since we are so close to the Bhavan, we see a lot of folks who are there for different functions. It is a practical spot for a business like ours. Sometimes the heat in Surat makes the work a bit tiring, especially when we are loading up the vans with heavy pots and crates. We have a small team, and everyone knows what their job is. We don't really have a fancy philosophy or anything. We just show up, get the ingredients ready, and make sure the cooking is done. The street outside is usually lined with cars and scooters, making it a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We have been operating from this corner for some time now and most of the locals know where to find us. It is just a regular day-to-day routine of handling orders and making sure the kitchen side of things is running smoothly. We just try to get the food where it needs to go on time.
