Mandita Polyfab Llp is tucked away at 33/34 in the Rajdeep Industrial Estate in Bhestan. Being in Surat, we are surrounded by all kinds of industries, but Bhestan has its own rhythm. Our unit is just a functional space where we handle all our polyfab work. It’s not a place for visitors to come and see fancy showrooms. It’s where the actual labor happens. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with us for a long time. We treat each other like family, which makes the long hours a bit easier. The estate can get quite busy with lorries and tempos blocking the narrow roads, so getting stuff in and out requires a bit of patience. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the orders we have for the day. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, and other times everything runs smooth. It’s just the nature of this kind of work. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We are just a local LLP trying to do right by our workers and our clients. We value the relationships we’ve built in the Rajdeep Industrial Estate over the years. It’s a tough business, but we are used to it and we just keep at it. No one here cares about being flashy. We just care about getting the job done properly.
