Our office is located at 306 Anand Mahal Road, inside the Royal Plaza Apartment. We are situated right behind Bulka Bhawan. Kunal Structure India Pvt Ltd focuses on the structural side of building. This means we worry about the steel and the concrete and making sure everything stays standing up. It is a lot of math and looking at computer models. We aren't the guys who paint the walls, we are the ones who make sure the walls don't fall down. There are a few engineers here and some support staff. The office gets a bit cramped with all the big rolls of drawings everywhere. We have worked on various types of buildings around the city. Some are small houses and some are much larger complexes. We have to follow a lot of government codes and safety rules. It is serious work because people live and work in these structures. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. Our work usually speaks for itself through the contractors and architects we work with. Anand Mahal Road is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We just stay focused on the calculations. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to inspect the reinforcement bars before the concrete is poured. It is hot and dusty out there, but it has to be done right. That is pretty much our daily life here.
