K P Caterers is located in Sayedpura, specifically on Chandulal Seth Ni Sheri. If you know the old parts of Surat, you know these sheris are narrow and full of life. It’s a very traditional neighborhood, and we fit right in. Our workspace is right there in the lane, and we’ve been part of this community for years. The cooking happens in the back, and the smells of spices often fill the whole alleyway. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on our feet, dealing with big orders and making sure everything is prepared just right. Sayedpura has a lot of character, and we like being in an area where everyone knows their neighbors. We don't have a website or do any big promotions. Most people find us just by walking down the street or through word of mouth. We don't use corporate language because that’s not who we are. We are just people who know how to cook for a crowd. The day usually starts very early before the street gets too crowded, and we work until the job is done. It gets loud and hot in the kitchen, but we’ve got our routine down. We focus on the basics: good ingredients and hard work. It’s a simple business run by people who live and work right here in the heart of the city. We have been in this same spot for a long time and don't plan on moving.
