If you walk down Gundi Sheri in Mahidharpura, you will find us. We are at 6 1779 80 on the ground floor. This area is famous for this kind of work. It is crowded, narrow, and full of life. At Gayatri Jari Works, we focus on the traditional stuff. The air is always full of the sound of machines and people talking loudly over them. Rupvate Marg is right nearby, and Motilal Nagar is just a stone's throw away. It is a tight space, but we have everything we need. Jari work takes a lot of patience and good eyes. We have been sitting in this shop for years, watching the market go up and down. Some days the light isn't great, but we manage. People know us in the lane because we have been here so long. It isn't a big factory or anything. It is just a local shop where we handle the thread and the designs. You have to navigate the small streets to get to us, but that is just part of being in this part of the city. We don't spend much on decorating the place. The work is what matters, and the stacks of finished materials speak for themselves. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do. We usually have the doors open so a bit of a breeze comes in, even when the street is dusty and loud outside.
