We are located at shop 22 on the ground floor of Rahul Raj Mall, which is part of the Mayuresh Shri Society in Piplod. Being in a mall means there is always something going on. It’s a loud, bright place with music playing and people walking by all the time. Our space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We have a lot of stuff on display, mostly things for younger people or those who like a bit of color. The staff here are just regular folks who live in Surat. We spend our shifts talking to customers and making sure the displays look okay. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s just a retail outlet where we work every day. Piplod is a popular area, so we see a lot of different faces, from students to families out for dinner. Sometimes the mall gets really crowded, especially during sales or holidays. We just keep our heads down and help whoever comes to the counter. It’s a fast-paced environment, which makes the time go by quickly. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or scripts. If someone likes something, they buy it. That’s how it works for us. We’re just here to facilitate that and make sure people find what they need. It’s a job we enjoy, and the mall atmosphere keeps things from getting boring. We usually grab a quick snack from the food court when we can.
