Chapatwala Dharmesh

Down in Nanpura on Rajkumar Road, you can find our little spot at 4Th N Block Ug 8. It’s a bit tucked away, but people who live around here know where Chapatwala Dharmesh is located. We spend most of our time making chapatis and handling food orders. It’s a busy environment. There is always the sound of dough being prepared and the heat from the cooking. Dharmesh started this because he wanted to provide good, simple food to the people in this part of town. We don’t have a massive menu or a fancy dining room. It’s more about getting the job done and making sure the food is ready for the day. Our staff is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how to get through a busy lunch rush without getting in each other's way. The morning is usually the most hectic time when we’re prepping everything. By the afternoon, things slow down a bit, and we can clean up and get ready for the next day. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s clean and it works. We like being on Rajkumar Road. It’s a lively area with lots of people passing by. We aren't looking to become a huge chain, we just like our corner of Nanpura and serving the folks who live nearby. It is hard work being around the stove all day, but we enjoy it.
