We’re tucked away in the Uma Industrial Estate. It’s units 16 through 18. If you know where the Althan Police Chowki is on Bhatar Road, we’re right behind that. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly a fancy shopping mall. There are always trucks moving around and people loading boxes. We do a lot of our work here, making and sorting out clothes. It can get pretty noisy with all the activity in the estate. We’ve been in this spot for a few years. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy to get things in and out. The space is mostly filled with fabric and sewing machines. We don't have a big storefront with windows or anything. People usually come here because they know we’re in the back. It’s a bit of a maze in the industrial estate if you aren't used to it. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the big machines next door start up. That’s just part of being in an older building like this. We don’t really do marketing. We just focus on getting the orders done. It’s a practical way to run things. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It helps pass the time during the long shifts. We’re just regular people trying to make a living with what we know. We don't mind the noise much anymore.
