Beyond Breads Catering Llp

We are tucked away in the Malhar Complex on Dumus Road. It is specifically Flat 702 on the 7th floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the power goes out, but usually the elevator works fine. We do catering under the name Beyond Breads. It started because we just liked making food for the local area here in Surat. We aren't a big hotel or a massive factory. It is just a kitchen where we spend most of our hours. We do a lot of bread-based stuff, hence the name, but we have branched out into other catering too. The space is a bit tight when we have three or four people working at once, but we make it work. We handle everything from the prepping to the final packing. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot in the afternoon sun. We just open the windows and keep going. We don't have a marketing team or someone to write fancy stuff for us. We just take orders and try to get them right. Most of our customers are from the Ichhanath area or nearby plots. We’ve been here long enough that people know our address. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the ingredients are fresh and the ovens are at the right temperature. It is a simple way to earn a living and we are okay with that.
