Our place is located at House Number 17 in Block 323, Bagh Ali Mardan Khan, right in Srinagar. It’s a beautiful part of the world, even if the winters get very cold and make it hard to get around sometimes. The company name mentions Germany, but we are right here in Kashmir handling the local side of things. The office is inside a traditional house, so it has a lot of character and thick walls that help with the chill. We don’t have fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a few rooms with desks, computers, and a lot of tea being drunk throughout the day to stay warm. Working in Srinagar means you have to be flexible because sometimes the roads are blocked or the power goes out for a few hours. We just take it in stride. We spend our days coordinating with others and making sure the business side of the connection is handled properly on this end. It’s a lot of communication and checking details. We’ve been in this specific block for quite a while, so the neighbors are all used to us being here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished brochures. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and enjoy the view of the mountains when we take a break. It’s a unique place to run a business, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
