Working at Irm House in Ibrahim Colony is a bit different than being in the middle of a big city. Bemina is a growing area in Srinagar, and our office at 76 1 A is right in the heart of it. The winters here are no joke, so we spend a lot of time making sure the heating is working so we can actually type on our keyboards. Ibrahim Colony is a quiet place for the most part, which is nice when you have a lot of data to look at. We aren't a big flashy store with neon lights. We are more of a back-end office where the real work happens. People from around the colony know us and sometimes drop in just to say hello or ask a quick question about their phones. We have a small team here, and we all do a bit of everything, from fixing connection issues to handling local accounts. There is always a pot of tea going somewhere in the office. It’s a simple setup with basic furniture and lots of cables. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not what we are here for. We just want to make sure the network stays up and running for everyone in Srinagar. It's a steady job, and we take pride in just getting it done without any big fuss or corporate talk.
