Hot Line

You can find us at Anjum Khalid in the Illahi Bagh area of Buchpora, Srinagar. Our shop is known as Hot Line. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main city center, which we actually prefer. We have been operating here for quite some time now. Most of our days are spent taking calls or talking to people who walk in with questions. Srinagar can get very cold in the winter, so we usually have a heater going in the corner of the room. It’s a small space, mostly just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers scattered around. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We are just local people trying to provide a service that folks in the neighborhood need. Sometimes we get busy and there’s a bit of a wait, but people here are patient. We know most of our regular customers by name. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We handle various tasks throughout the day, depending on what comes through the door. It isn't anything fancy, just a straightforward place where you can get things done. We've lived in this part of Srinagar for years, so setting up Hot Line here just made sense for us. We plan on staying at this address in Buchpora for as long as we can. It’s our home and our workplace and we like it that way.
