AVELINE HOTELS & HOSPITALITIES PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Soitang in the Sheikh Bagh area. We’re located at C/O M. ASHRAF MAGRAY. It’s a local spot in Srinagar where we manage our hotel and hospitality work. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’re just regular people trying to run a business. Sheikh Bagh is a busy part of the city, and Soitang has its own character. We handle the day-to-day operations from here. It’s mostly about making sure things are running right at the properties we look after. We don't have a flashy office. It's more of a functional space where we can get stuff done. Running a private limited company in this industry involves a lot of coordination. We’re always on the phone or talking to staff. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We know the area well and the people who live around here. We don't go for big corporate speeches. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. If you’re in Srinagar and you go towards Sheikh Bagh, you’re in our neck of the woods. We spend a lot of time just keeping up with the work. There's always something to do, whether it's dealing with bookings or fixing something. We just keep at it.
